These errors can't be had by a disa failure. IF it is not turning on then just after the output of the radiator is another electrical sensor, disconnect that with the ac on and the aux fan should turn on. not your interior fan that you talked about but the fan on the very front of your car that comes on when you turn on your ac.
It is not probable that 4 02 went out at once. The other set is farther down the exhaust just past the cats. Just as the exhaust starts they are right there and look like small nubs sticking out of the exhaust and naturally have wires coming out of them. they are the only thing that is connected electrically to the exhaust. 02 are on the left hand side of the engine as you face the car. they have great graphics that show where nearly everything is.
